Wrongful Death

Wrongful death means when a person is killed due to the negligence of another whether it's a doctor a hospital a car accident etc. the family of the victim can recover damages for the loss of their loved one.

It's my job as the lawyer for the estate of that deceased person to bring that person back to life for the jury for the insurance company to prove that this life had value you know many times insurance companies will argue well the person was years old they didn't have long to live anyway and my argument is every day everyone's life is precious and I take that as a sacred oath do everything I can to get families compensated for wrongful death.
